what a whirlwind of a weekend it was!!
seriously, probably one of the most fun weekends i've had in a long long time. it all started with a little trip to santa monica with Mr. D, where we had dinner and did some window shopping. THEN on saturday, i had a lovely sushi lunch with some dear dear friends... ladies that was waaay too fun. let's get together again soon.. pretty please!!
oh, and Mr. D and i discovered something amazingly cool on saturday night.
Ventura Roller Derby -- yeah, the one with the really tough girls on roller skates.
ever seen whip it? it was exactly like that. i'm sooooo going again... seriously cool.
yes. yes. yes.
sunday came the highlight of my weekend. a few friends of mine {and Mr. D of course} got to go on a wonderful little sailing excursion. i'd never been sailing before, but i'm definitely hooked....
seriously. so. much fun.
i already want to go back to this day.... sigh.
