well, its' easy-

every tip indicated waterproof & water resistance-

Short Tip : water resistance

Long Tip : waterproof

by the way,

lip pencils doesn't only go for lips-

eye pencils doesn't  only go for eyes-

they can be use either way round.

lips on eyes- eyes on lips.

be creative- play with colors.
